The location here is fantastic, and the staff is really friendly, they give you a super clean room with tea, milk, and a large comfy bed.

One of the best English breakfasts with jams, fruit salad, home made bread. Bright and airy rooms. Beautiful setting, near homemade jams, and a pub which provides meals. Also, in a Beautiful Village.

This place was a great location to visit all of Harberton’s main attractions.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and perfect. The beds were very comfy, and the room was airy. The staff was really helpful and excellent with advice and suggestions. The location was stunning and incredible - near to the pub, beautiful beaches, and the South Devon coast. The food was nice and outstanding.

The Church Barn in Harberton is a lovely welcoming place with good food for English breakfast. The room was luxurious and had a big, large bed. The location is lovely and very pretty, set within walking distance from pubs and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant in the hotel was good.

I had a great time at this place, it was a convenient base for visiting the major attractions nearby, the staff was excellent, and the location in the beautiful village was secluded.

The rooms were luxurious and brand-new. The hotel was really close to restaurants and pubs, including a lovely Devon valley. It was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

The breakfast at Church Barn was marvellous and delicious, especially the fresh coffee and Homemade Marmalades & Jams. The location of Church Barn is stunning, just off the local pub and within easy reach of restaurants and pubs in Totnes.

This place was a great home base to explore the beautiful beaches and towns nearby, with the added bonus of being in a secluded location.

The warm and friendly host made us feel very welcome during our Easter getaway. the comfortable bed and luxurious bed linen provided a restful night's sleep. the breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed the picturesque village location, with a lovely pub offering delicious food and friendly locals. the nearby attractions such as the South Hams and Salcombe were easily accessible, making it a perfect location for exploring.

The room was a bit too chilly for our liking, being quite large in size. the lack of a TV meant that we couldn't relax in the room after a long day, especially when the pub was not an option.

Located in the Devon countryside, property with a small front garden. Clean, bright room with comfy king size bed. Excellent breakfast with homemade jams and marmalade. Friendly host. Lovely seating area in garden.
